I have spent over 2 decades as a leader in corporate work environments spanning a few different industries such as Healthcare, Software, Real Estate, Non-Profit, and the Food & Beverage sector. 

I am an experienced and highly versatile project manager with specific expertise in project management, operations, human resources, and stakeholder management. 

I have a proven track record of planning, coordinating, and executing successful projects aligned with organizational objectives, emphasizing continuous process improvements, scalability,  risk mitigation, and measurable deliverables and outcomes.

I am deeply dedicated to self-reflection and personal improvement, I excel at being a People Manager over a Project Manager. Without people, project and business operations can’t happen. 

For the past years, I have seen two sides of the coin: entrepreneurs who have their businesses changed by using Virtual Assistants to complete minimum wage work and entrepreneurs who come close to losing everything while having VAs on staff because they aren’t properly utilizing their talents and not having a business infrastructure to grow. 

And so this is the start of the birth of VA Connect. Our main goal is to put up a sustainable system so our clients would grow their profits and get back their time.
